GUARANTEES-SHIPPING All animals sold come with a 72 hour money back guarantee. Refunds will be given in the unfortunate event of the death of the animal within the first three days. In order to receive a refund, you must sign for the animal on the first delivery attempt. No refunds will be given if the animal is not signed for. Notification of any problems must be made within the first three days. Shipping will be done via either UPS or FedEx (FedEx unless UPS is requested by buyer) priority overnight and most animals will arrive at their destination by 10:30 am the next day. I will be shipping all animals out on Tuesdays for delivery on Wednesday. If that will not work, the buyer must tell me what day they would like their animal to arrive. After I have verified that the buyer will be there to receive the animal I will email them the tracking number. All animals will be shipped in an insulated box and heat packs or cool packs will be used when needed. During extreme weather, shipping will be postponed until the conditions are suitable for the transportation of live animals. Hatchling animals will be packed in new deli cups larger animals will be packed in snake bags.
